By using Voco ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Voco is a vocabulary learning app that helps you learn new words through flashcards, quizzes, and AI-generated content. The app is available on iOS.

2. Subscriptions

Voco offers a free version with limited features and an optional premium subscription that unlocks all features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

3. AI-Generated Content

The app uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate vocabulary words, translations, and exercises. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations or generated text.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you input into the app (custom words, notes). You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are the property of Voco. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate translations or data loss.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
